Contract Resources has been involved in a number of end-of-life projects and offer a range of services, methodologies and systems to ensure safe and efficient decommissioning, decontamination, and dismantling of plant and equipment. Our experience in end-of-life projects ranges from complete project management and execution, to support roles in cleaning, mechanical and hazardous waste management assistance.
Removal of hydrocarbons and other hazardous materials from plant is often the first step in any demolition process.Contract Resources can do this using mobile steam generators and environmentally friendly chemicals to decontaminate plant and equipment including columns, vessels and pipelines.
The chemicals are introduced in either a steam or liquid phase and the residue safely stored and disposed. Due to the range of specialised services and innovative equipment, in conjunction with our multi discipline technicians, Contract Resources offers the most efficient methodologies to complete end-of-life projects.

Having undertaken decontamination of oil and gas facilities for over 25 years, Contract Resources is well positioned to provide end to end specialised management services. We are an ISO 9001 certified company with proven quality management systems in place. We’re accustomed to handling hazardous materials and have Dangerous Goods and Controlled Waste carrier licenses as part of our existing operations.
